Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday until 5,30. Orders placed after 4.30 on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.
For Christmas holidays, orders placed after December 23rd at 2.pm will be deliver from January 02nd 2020.
Standard delivery will be made during business hours, Monday to Saturday, outside statutory holidays.
Delivery to DPD Relay Point will be made during business hours, Monday to Friday, outside weekends and holidays.
Delivery to relay and post office will be operated during business hours, Monday to Saturday, outside statutory holidays.
Delivery to Metropolitan France: from 6,50€ to 7,50€
Point Relay and Post Office in Metropolitan France: from 5,50€
International delivery: starting at 20,50€
You have a period of 14 days following the reception of your order to inform us of your wish to return part or all of your order. You must then return the items to us within 14 days of sending your cancellation.
You can exercise this right by completing the withdrawal form.
In accordance with the general conditions of sale, only items not worn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging (plastic bag, box...) with the label pouch / kit intact will be accepted.
The returned items must be in a condition to be resold.
All you have to do is make the request directly on your customer account in the "Order History" section.
In the summary table, click on the order number for which you want an exchange/refund.
A page loads, in which there is a table with the order history, below your delivery and billing addresses.
Check the items you want to send back and tell us why. Finally, click on the "send" button.
To follow the status of your return, go to "My order returns".
For information, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
